- Entry Fee - $150 per person or $450 for team of 3 (Call to inquire about military discount)
- Waiver & Release Form & Dress Code: All golfers will be required to sign a SGH waiver and release form enclosed with registration. Dress code consists of collar shirt.
- Individual stroke play forms: play in threesomes and records group score. Mulligans available for sale (2 mulligan max per player). All out of bounds played as lateral hazard one stroke penalty with drop at exit.
- Max Handicaps: Men 24, Women 32. Official USGA handicap requested. Golf Committee reserves the right to adjust submitted handicaps.
- Award Banquet: Follows immediately after tournament, approximately at 5:15pm in the Clubhouse at Waikele.
